SHIPPING

Free Shipping:

Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders exceeding €150 on standard shipping items (exclusions may apply).

Standard Shipping Fee:

For orders under €150 on standard shipping items, a flat rate of €12 applies.

Order Processing:

Orders for in-stock items received before 2pm on any working day will be dispatched the same day.

Shipping Carrier:

We primarily utilize Fastway Courier for shipping. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched for easy monitoring of its progress.

Shipping Exemptions:

Please note that oversized or overweight items exceeding 2m in length or 30kgs in weight cannot be shipped via our parcel courier. However, we may provide a quote for pallet shipping for such items at an additional cost.

Shipping Destinations:

Currently, we only ship within the island of Ireland using our standard parcel courier. For EU countries, pallet shipping is available at an additional cost, which can be arranged upon request.

Shipping Times:

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may impact delivery times. Estimated shipping time frames are provided during checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders, allowing you to monitor your order's progress using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions:

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions imposed by local or international authorities. We'll notify you if any restrictions apply to your order and provide alternative options if available.

RETURNS

Return Policy:

Items purchased online or in-store may be returned for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a fully completed Returns Form.

Return Conditions:

Returned goods must be in suitable condition for resale, in their original packaging, and accompanied by both a receipt of purchase and the completed Returns Form.

Return Process:

Arranging the return of goods to us is the responsibility of the purchaser and is at the buyer's expense. Please ensure the Returns Form is included with the returned items.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If an item is delivered damaged by our courier, please notify the courier immediately and then complete the Returns Form. For goods received in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us promptly and complete the Returns Form.
